Our extensive research and comparisons with the original dimensions and weight of items further assist in our authentication process.

Materials are a critical factor in determining an item's legitimacy. Luxury brands like Hermes and Goyard are known for their top-quality craftsmanship, and we know what to look for. We have ample experience authenticating a wide range of luxury items, including designer handbags, jewelry, watches, belts, sunglasses, clothing, skins, furs, and trend accessories. We've seen designer works from various decades, and our expertise in identifying minor details makes us confident in our 100% authenticity guarantee.

With experience comes knowledge, and we can pinpoint when an item was originally designed, which helps us verify date codes, serial numbers, styles, materials, markings, labels, logos, colors, or patterns that an item should have. For example, Hermes uses specific colors for their leather for specific years. If you're a high-end client at Hermes, that rule does not apply, but the handbag would have a unique stamp. We have authenticators authenticate, ensuring that our customers receive only genuine luxury items.

Paid shipping upgrades are available at check out, we offer USPS Priority International and USPS Priority International Express. USPS Partners with your county's local post office. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Parallel Luxury is not responsible for delays due to customs.  

What is carbon neutral shipping?  We offset our shipping (at no cost to you) to reduce our impact on the environment. The company we partner with funds renewable energy, clean water projects and forestry. The emissions created from your order are calculated and then offset in one of these ways to reduce greenhouse gases and carbon dioxide in our environment.

International Customers: Thank you for shopping with us! We currently offer shipping to Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and U.S. Outlying Islands.

If you live outside of these countries, please continue to shop with us though Etsy at etsy.com/shop/parallelluxury or by typing ParallelLuxury into Etsy search, or contact us to request shipping to your country. 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@parallelluxury.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We're happy to help on a client by client basis, we'll walk you though this process and ensure you find something you're happy with. If your new purchase is less than the item you are exchanging, you will be refunded the difference.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (up to 10 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
